- Qualification : Graduate & Under-Graduate (Not considering candidates from Technical Background) candidates can apply.

- Candidate should be excellent in verbal communication skills
- Looking for typing speed of 35WPM 90% Accuracy
- Good to have customer handling skills
- Should have good knowledge on customer support
- Should be flexible to work from office and night shifts
