About the Role:

Virtusa is hiring a Deal Ops Quality Analyst to ensure accuracy and compliance in order forms, contracts, and deal execution processes. The role involves performing quality audits, validating details, and providing feedback to maintain high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform QA checks on workflow and request verification forms.

• Validate order details including units of service, approvals, contract terms, and invoicing information.

• Conduct sanity checks on order implementation and renewal cases.

• Identify and document errors, categorize them by severity, and prepare Root Cause Analyses (RCA).

• Provide constructive feedback to team members to minimize recurring issues.

• Maintain detailed audit logs and compliance reports.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Operations.

• 2–4 years of QA experience in order management, deal execution, or BPO/KPO processes.

• Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.

• Familiarity with SAP, CRM, or workflow tools preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication.

• Strong coaching and feedback delivery skills.
