You will be successful in this role if you have:
- BA/BS degree and 2-4 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role working with external clients and internal teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
CBAP qualification, BCS, preference for membership of IIBA.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies. (BRD, BDD, SSM, SWOT, MOST etc, along with demonstrable experience.
Experience with project management software and tools and working in a managed services environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Demonstrable Knowledge of ITIL trends and best practices.
