TECHMAHINDRA : TECHNICAL SUPPORT ASSOCIATE – VOICE PROCESS
Eligibility:
- Qualification: Intermediate / Any Arts and Science and Engineering graduates can apply
- Resolving the queries of the customers via calls.
- Should have excellent English communication with a decent accent
- Should have basic knowledge about ISP, Smartphones, Laptop, Telecom, Networking, Troubleshooting, Customer Support
- Should be flexible to work in 24/7 rotational shifts
- Two way cab will be provided for all shifts (pickup & Drop)
