TECHMAHINDRA :CUSTOMER SUPPORT – INTERNATIONAL VOICE PROCESS
Eligibility:
- Qualification: Undergraduate/Graduate with or without work experience
- Handle inbound calls from the customers
- Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues, and provide solution
- Maintain good customer relations
- Should possess excellent spoken English skills
- Should be comfortable working in rotational shifts (Evening and Night shifts only)
- Immediate joiners
- Willing to work from office
