RELIANCE JIO IS HIRING FOR DIPOLOMA ENGINEER TRAINEE JOB REFERRAL BY FLM

• Eligibility Criteria:
  
  Gender: Male
  Qualification: Diploma in Electrical or Electronics
  Pass-out Years: 2023, 2024, or 2025
• Academic Requirement
  Minimum 60% aggregate in SSC (10th class)
  Minimum 60% aggregate in Diploma
• Skills Required:
  Must be Good in Technical knowledge
  Good in English and Fluent in Local Language
• Other Requirements:
  Must be open to work in the vacant locations
• Job Locations: Palvoncha, Jagtial, Telangana
  
  Career Progression Path:

• You will work as an Apprentice
• Stipend: ₹12,000 per month

• Based on your performance and evaluation, you will be elevated to N-DET (Network Diploma Engineer Trainee)
• Stipend: ₹25,000 per month

• CTC: ₹30,000 per month
• Based on performance, you will be promoted to Field Engineer (FE)

• Education Opportunity:
  – After 18 months, selected candidates promoted to Field Engineer will be enrolled into a B.Tech Program (WILP) from top engineering colleges like BITS Pilani / MIT
  – Program cost is fully sponsored by Jio
  – Online classes will be conducted for 4 hours every Saturday and Sunday
  
  Selection Process:
   
  1.JPAT (Jio Proficiency Aptitude Test) – Minimum 60% required
  2.Functional Test – Minimum 60% required
  3.Personal Interview – With Deputy CTO + HR
