1. SNOW Developer (P2)

Job Description:
The SNOW Developer will be responsible for configuring, developing, and supporting ServiceNow applications. The role involves working on platform customization, integrations, and day-to-day enhancements under guidance from senior team members.

Responsibilities:

• Configure ServiceNow modules (ITSM/ITOM/HRSD)

• Develop business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and workflows

• Create and consume REST/SOAP integrations

• Fix defects and support enhancements

• Follow ServiceNow best practices and documentation

Skills Required:

• ServiceNow development fundamentals

• JavaScript, Glide API

• ITIL basics

• Good communication skills

2. ServiceNow QA (P2)

Job Description:
The ServiceNow QA will be responsible for testing ServiceNow applications to ensure quality, performance, and reliability of platform implementations.

Responsibilities:

• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing

• Validate ServiceNow configurations and customizations

• Log and track defects using defect management tools

• Work closely with developers and BAs to resolve issues

• Prepare test cases and test reports

Skills Required:

• ServiceNow testing knowledge

• QA fundamentals and SDLC

• Defect tracking tools

• Attention to detail and documentation skills

3. ServiceNow – Associate Business Analyst (P2)

Job Description:
The Associate Business Analyst will support requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation for ServiceNow implementations while working closely with technical and business teams.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements

• Assist in preparing functional specifications

• Coordinate between stakeholders and technical teams

• Support UAT activities

• Maintain project documentation

Skills Required:
