₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month (In-hand)

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Perform basic title searches using Netronline and Title Plants

• Conduct title searches for US mortgage processes using online databases

• Review property records, deeds, mortgages, liens, judgments, and legal documents

• Identify and resolve discrepancies in title documents

• Prepare title reports and summaries for client review

• Ensure compliance with US mortgage guidelines

• Work with internal teams to meet project timelines

• Maintain confidentiality and data security

🎓 Required Skills & Qualification

• Minimum 1 year experience in US Mortgage Title Search or related process

• Strong analytical and documentation skills

• Good communication and organizational skills

• Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines

• Knowledge of MS Office tools

• Graduate / Postgraduate preferred

2️⃣ US Mortgage Title Search Analyst💰 Salary

₹25,000 – ₹38,000 per month

📊 Experience Required

3 – 4 Years (Immediate joiners preferred)

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced title searches and verify property records

• Review and resolve title discrepancies

• Prepare detailed title reports for clients

• Ensure compliance with US mortgage guidelines

• Mentor junior team members

• Handle client queries and maintain data security

🎓 Required Skills

• 3–4 years experience in US Mortgage Title Search

• Strong analytical and documentation skills

• Excellent communication abilities

• Knowledge of MS Office & title search tools
