Job Details – Customer Service Associate (CSA)

• Job Role: Customer Service Associate (CSA)

• Work Location: Various airports across India

• Total Vacancies: 4,103 (tentative)

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Candidate must have passed Intermediate (10+2) from a recognized board.

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 18 years

• Maximum Age: 27 years

• Age is calculated as on 1 July 2026.

Nationality

• Candidate must be an Indian resident.

Physical Fitness

• Candidate should be physically and mentally fit.

• Persons with benchmark disabilities (PwBD) are not eligible for this post.

Salary Details

• Salary Range: ₹14,000 to ₹28,000 per month (approx.)

• Final salary will be decided based on interview performance.

Application Fee

• Application Fee: ₹400 + GST

• Fee is non-refundable.

• Same fee for all categories (General / SC / ST / OBC / EWS).

Selection Process

The selection process consists of:

1. Written Examination (Objective type – MCQs)

2. Interview

3. Training (Training fee to be paid by the candidate)

• Total Questions: 100

• Total Marks: 100

• Time: As per official instructions

• Negative Marking: No

Subjects Included:

• General Intelligence & Reasoning – 25 questions

• Numerical Aptitude – 25 questions

• General English – 25 questions

• General Awareness – 25 questions

Minimum Qualifying Marks: 35%
