Job Title: Junior Recruiter – Non-IT Recruitment
- Location: Hyderabad ( Uppal)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Support the senior recruitment team in managing job postings and candidate pipelines
- Help with reference checks and onboarding support as needed
- Stay updated on hiring trends and market conditions for non-IT roles
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 0–1 year of experience in recruitment or HR (internships included)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with recruitment tools/ATS is a plus
Nice to Have:
- Prior exposure to non-IT recruitment (even as an intern or trainee)
- Understanding of recruitment metrics and sourcing strategies.
