HCL TECH is Hiring for HR INTERNSHIP
Venue: HCL Technologies Tower 4 Elcot Sez , Shollinganallur chennai
Interview Date: 14th to 16th May 2026
Interview Time: 10:00 AM 3:00 PM
Work Location: Chennai (Shollinganallur)
Duration: 9 months (depending on role/sector)
Candidate Eligibility
Eligible:
- Education: UG (BA, BSc, BCom, BCA, BBA.)/PG (MA, MSc, MCom Only Graduates are eligible 2025 &2024 Passed outs are eligible )
- Online/distance learners; final‑year fulltime UG/PG (separate guidance to be issued)
- Willingness to travel and work from office.
Process (Portal: pminternship.mca.gov.in)
- Company roles (location, 9‑month duration, qualifications, benefits)
- Candidates register via Aadhaar/e‑KYC; resume auto‑generated
- company selects and issues offers via portal
- Candidate accepts; company confirms joining (triggers incidental grant DBT)
- Company pays ₹900 monthly (upload by 5th); Govt pays ₹8,100 via DBT
- Mentors assigned; Training Plan & Quarterly Performance Reports uploaded; attendance tracked
- Completion certificate via portal (or Participation certificate if ≥50% tenure and dropout)
