FIRSTSOURCE : CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE
Eligibility:
- Qualification: Minimum 12th passed.
- 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023 batches can apply.
- Fresher/Experienced with minimum 1 year of experience in a BPO/related industry
- Revert on calls to customer on a variety of issues
- Update and process information accurately into the system(s)
- Resolve customer problems in a timely manner
- Take ownership & deliver on customer commitments
- No of Openings : 200
Time & Venue : 7th June – 16th June , 11.00 AM – 5.30 PM
