1. Role: SMAX Specialist
- Qualification: Any Bachelor’s/Master’s degree
- 3+ years of experience candidates can apply
- Strong knowledge of SMAX (Service Management Automation X).
- Expertise in implementing and managing SMAX solutions.
- Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
2. Role: Operations Manager
- Qualification: Any Bachelor’s/Master’s degree
- 3+ years of experience candidates can apply
- Expertise in managing Endpoint Central and ServiceDesk Plus tools.
- Strong experience in handling IT infrastructure, endpoint management, and service desk operations.
- Effective leadership and team management skills.
