Job Description:

Digile is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong administration and development skills to design, build, customize, and maintain Salesforce platforms aligned with business needs. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Salesforce administration activities including users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings

• Configure workflows, approval processes, validation rules, and automation using Flow and Process Builder

• Perform data management tasks such as data import/export, cleansing, and quality maintenance

• Develop Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch and Schedulable Apex

• Build and enhance Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components

• Customize standard and custom objects, fields, and page layouts

• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs

• Support deployments using Change Sets, SFDX, and CI/CD pipelines

• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in Salesforce Administration and configuration

• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Aura, and Visualforce

• Solid understanding of Salesforce security and data models

• Experience with integrations and APIs

• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodology, and Git

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) and Platform Developer I certifications

• Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud

• Exposure to DevOps tools like Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins
