🔧 Skills You Need

✔️ 2–9 years of Workday HCM experience
✔️ Hands-on expertise in modules like:
• Core HR
• Absence
• Payroll
• Talent
• Recruiting
• Compensation
✔️ Strong understanding of HR processes & workflows
✔️ Experience in integrations, reporting & security (plus point)
✔️ Excellent communication & client handling skills
✔️ Workday HCM certification preferred
