Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in data science and machine learning.
  Also, proven experience with Generative AI tools and technologies.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
• Strong understanding of data science, machine learning, and AI algorithms.
• 1+ year of hands-on experience using GenAI, language models, and technologies.
• Strong data processing skills, SQL, ETL, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Python libraries for AI is essential.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

2. Consultant -ML

 Education: 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field.

Experience: 3-6 yrs of Exp

Qualifications:

• 3–6 years of relevant hands-on experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Statistical Modeling.
• Strong hands-on experience with programming languages like Python, PySpark, and SQL, and frameworks such as NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.
• Expertise in Classification, Regression, Time Series, Decision Trees, and Optimization.
• Hands-on knowledge of Docker containerization, GIT, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Experience with Model deployment on Cloud or On-premises is an added advantage.
• Familiar with Databricks, Snowflake, or Hyperscalers (AWS/Azure/GCP/NVIDIA).
• Should be able to follow research papers, comprehend, innovate, and present the best AI/ML solutions.
• AI/Cloud certification from a premier institute is preferred.

3.Data Science – Analyst or Sr Analyst 

Experience: 3-4 Exp

Skills Required:

• Hands-on experience with LLMs (Large Language Models), intelligent agent frameworks, prompt engineering, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
• Advanced Python programming experience with AI/NLP libraries and vector-based models.
• Ability to deploy AI solutions on cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, and AWS, and integrate with web systems.
• Strong skills in rapid prototyping and scaling AI solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for continuous learning.

• Strong data engineering foundation with deep understanding of data-structure, algorithms, code instrumentations, etc.
• 3+ years proven experience with data ETL and ELT tools (such as ADF, Alteryx, cloud-native tools), data warehousing tools (such as SAP HANA, Snowflake, ADLS, Amazon Redshift, Google Cloud BigQuery).
• 3+ years of experience with cloud-native engineering, using FaaS/PaaS/micro-services on cloud hyper-scalers like Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Strong understanding of methodologies & tools like XP, Lean, SAFE, DevSecOps, SRE, ADO, GitHub, SonarQube, etc.
• Strong preference will be given to candidates with experience in AI/ML and GenAI.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to handle diverse situations, complex projects, and changing priorities, behaving with passion, empathy, and care.
