1. Analyst Trainee – IT & Integrated Smart Operations
Location: Chennai, Bangalore, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Mumbai, Kochi
Job Responsibilities:
-
Perform database queries, CRUD operations, and write stored procedures.
-
Prepare test scripts, test cases, and execute manual or automated tests.
-
Analyze root causes and resolve service tickets as per SOPs.
-
Use ITSM and data analytics tools efficiently.
-
Innovate and experiment to improve project outcomes.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Eligibility:
-
2025 batch students with a 3-year full-time degree in BCA or B.Sc. (CS, IT, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Electronics, Statistics, allied streams).

Minimum 60% in X, XII, Diploma, and UG (no rounding off; 59.9% not accepted).
-
No standing arrears at the time of joining.

Final year students awaiting re-evaluation results will be assessed based on initial declared scores.

Open to Indian nationals / OCIs currently residing in India.

Must be flexible to work in any shift and location.
 2. Analyst Trainee – Multicloud Services
Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Coimbatore, Hyderabad
Job Responsibilities:
-
Administer and maintain computing environments.
-
Monitor production servers and handle incident management.
-
Support Windows, Network, Database, Messaging, Storage, Collaboration, and Cloud environments.
-
Adhere to SOPs, customer communication standards, and compliance requirements.
-
Engage in knowledge sharing, training, and continuous service improvements.
-
Act as a buddy for new hires.
Role Expectations:
-
Client-focused approach.

Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment.
-
Openness to relocate across India based on project demands.
Eligibility:

2025 graduates with any 3-year full-time degree.

Minimum 50% in X, XII, Diploma, and UG (no rounding off; 49.9% not accepted).

 3. Analyst Trainee – Digital Workplace Services
Location: Bengaluru, Chennai, Coimbatore, Kolkata, Pune
Job Responsibilities:

Offer first-line technical support and assistance to users.
-
Log, track, and document all IT support tickets.
-
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues.
-
Collaborate with internal teams for complex problem resolution.
-
Maintain a knowledge base for effective self-service and support.
Role Expectations:

Clear communication (written and verbal) with global clients.
-
Sound technical understanding.
-
Willingness to work in shifts and from office locations.
Eligibility:

2025 graduates from any 3-year full-time degree.
