- Qualification : Recent graduate or on your final year of studies towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field.
- The requirement is for 2027 passout only.
- Must be fluent in English (Verbal and Written).
- Passionate about networking, information technology or computer science.
- Knowledge of adjacent technologies, holding Cisco Certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) or industry recognized certifications is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem – solving skills with ability to troubleshoot technical problems.
- Ability to multi-task, self-start, and work in a fast-paced team environment and the ability to work independently.

- Prior knowledge in Adobe Commerce and Salesforce is preferable but not mandatory

- Qualification :Verify Customer Personas: Assist in verifying and updating customer personas to ensure they accurately reflect our target audience.
- Conduct Customer Interviews: Engage with customers through interviews to gain deeper insights into their needs, preferences, and behaviours.
- Consumer Identification/ Calling: Working with internal teams to identify current and potential customers to conduct this on scale
