Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Systems Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you will use your expertise in ServiceNow (SNOW) and Splunk to enhance, monitor, and optimize IT systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth system operations, high performance, and continuous improvement. Your contributions will directly support organizational goals and system reliability.

• Implement, manage, and maintain ServiceNow and Splunk systems for optimal performance.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to design system solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot SNOW and Splunk issues to reduce downtime.
• Analyze system performance data and recommend improvements.
• Create and maintain system documentation, configurations, and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders for timely issue resolution.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
• Implement security measures to protect system data and prevent unauthorized access.
• Monitor system capacity and plan for future scalability.
• Conduct training sessions to improve team understanding of SNOW and Splunk.
• Participate in project planning, system integrations, and upgrades.
• Evaluate new technologies and suggest enhancements.
• Support disaster recovery planning to ensure business continuity.
  

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow and Splunk implementation and management.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• High attention to detail to ensure system accuracy and reliability.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment.
• Proactive mindset towards learning new technologies.
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  
  
• Certifications Required
  
• Certified Implementation Specialist – ServiceNow
  
• Splunk Core Certified User
