Job Description

We are looking for an Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant with 1+ years of hands-on experience, preferably 1–2 years. The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules and excellent communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.

The role involves supporting HCM implementations, configuration, testing, and post-go-live support activities. Candidates should be comfortable gathering requirements, preparing documentation, and assisting in solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules

• Assist in implementation, upgrades, and support projects

• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements

• Prepare functional documents and test cases

• Provide user support and resolve issues effectively

Required Skills

• Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR / Payroll / Talent modules – any)

• Functional knowledge of HCM processes

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Problem-solving and analytical abilities

• Basic understanding of HR systems and workflows

Eligibility

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

• Preferably 1–2 years of experience

• Good communication skills are mandatory
