- Qualification : An engineering degree in Computer Science.
- Someone with at least 2+ years of experience building backend systems using any of the following languages: Java, Python.
- Someone who takes ownership and believes in seeing through tasks to its completion despite facing any challenge.
- Someone who can work both independently and in collaboration with the team as and when the situation demands for it.
- Someone who is not averse to learning and growth and has an open mind about inputs/suggestions from any stakeholder.
- Experience in the Fintech domain and/ or B2C product experience.
- An understanding of design principles and accepted software design practices.
- Experience building backend systems in Java+SpringBoot or Python+DJango.

Iris is Hiring: Devops - Senior Engineer
- Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering, or a related field.
Build cloud native solutions and work as an SME for AWS solutions
Provide consultancy and support in CI/CD.
Analyze new functional, technical as well as non-functional requirements to find the most appropriate technical solution contributing to the overall system design
Provide different solution options and define pros and cons based on driving forces from a commercial, operational and technology viewpoint
Working with the relevant Lead Solutions Designer and Chief Technology Office, supports the creation of an appropriate IT strategy for the relevant business area
Substantial experience creating fit for purpose technology solutions which meet business needs, deliver within reasonable constraints and correspond to organizational strategic guidance
