CTC: ₹4,00,000 per annum

Service Agreement: 3 years (₹2,00,000 bond if exited early)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop initiatives

Plan and oversee project management: deadlines, tasks, deliverables

Analyze financial data including budgets, risks, and resources

Provide financial reports and MIS to stakeholders
-
Track budget vs. spends and ensure accurate reporting
-
Ensure project execution aligns with company standards, timelines, and budgets

Document project scope, development, execution, and justifications
-
Evaluate projects continuously and provide data-driven insights

Maintain departmental data and share with business functions as needed
ELIGIBILITY & SKILLS REQUIRED

Education: BE + MBA (Master’s in Business Administration is mandatory)
