Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications:

10th and 12th Standard: 60% and above
-
Graduation: 60% or CGPA ≥ 6.0 (as per university guidelines)

Degree: B.E./B.Tech. (Mandatory) or M.E./M.Tech. (5-Year Integrated)

Branches: CS/IT and Circuital only

Open schooling allowed only for 10th and 12th
-
Must complete graduation within 4 years
-
Max 3 years educational gap allowed before graduation
Other Requirements:

Must be an Indian citizen or hold a PIO/OCI card

Should be 18+ years of age at registration

A 3-month cool-off period is required for candidates who appeared in previous Wipro assessments
Selection Process
Round 1: Online Assessment

Aptitude Test: Logical, Quantitative & Verbal Ability

Written Communication Test: Essay writing

Coding Test: Solve 2 problems using Java, C, C++, or Python
Round 2: Voice Assessment

Evaluation of English communication skills
Round 3: Business Discussion

Final interview round with business stakeholders
Note: Candidates who clear all rounds will receive a Letter of Intent (LOI), followed by Pre-skilling Training and eventually the Final Offer Letter.
