SMR TRADING COMPANY IS HIRING ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE ROLE JOB REFERRAL BY FLM
- Job Title: Accounts Executive/ Sr. Accounts Executive
- Location: Vijayawada
- Preferred Candidates: Fresher/up to 3yrs experienced
- Freshers: Must have at least 80% in finance-related academics.
- Experienced Candidates: Up to 3 years of experience in the finance field with a minimum of 65%
in academics. - Proficiency in Tally and Microsoft Office (MUST).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
1. Stock maintenance for inward and outward records.
2. Ensure data accuracy for all received information.
3. Raise and manage purchase orders with suppliers.
4. Maintain and update sales orders.
5. Issue sales invoices for plant and direct stock.
6. Bookkeeping tasks, including:
• Recording journal entries and performing data entry in Tally.
• Updating purchase orders with stock reports.
• Managing bank statements.
• Handling payables and receivables accounts.
• Scheduling and releasing payments to suppliers.
7. Prepare commission accounts for agents.
8. Maintain records for stock hand loan accounts.
9. Track daily expenditures effectively.
10. Prepare and manage bank reconciliation statements.
11. Generate E-way bills and delivery challans.
12. Coordinate with suppliers and agents to resolve queries.
13. Deduction, deposit, and filing of TDS, PF, and PT.
14. Handle GST returns and manage GST-related tasks.
15. Assist auditors by providing necessary documents and records.
16. Maintain bag reports for export tracking.
17. Send and manage sale order requests.
18. Prepare and manage export documents, including shipping bills, packing lists, invoices, and
related paperwork.
19. Handle letters of credit (LC) and manage export payment terms.
20. Assist in claiming export incentives and comply with government regulations.
21. Ensure regulatory compliance in all export-related activities.
22. Perform other related and supportive tasks efficiently.
