- Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MCA/BCA, Msc-IT
- 2021/ 2022/ 2023/ 2024 Passouts can apply
- Freshers can apply
- Nice to have 1-4 of Experience in troubleshooting operating systems, hardware & software
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- Experience in Office 365
- Good logical ability & time management skills
- Smart approach towards incident management
- The ability to communicate with overseas customers and problem solving ability by using remote tools like Microsoft Teams, Web Ex etc
- Work Location : Bengalore
